| Post subject: | Speedometer cable housing |
This morning I noticed that my Tach cable was loose and the screw collar had slipped down under the tank. So I screwed it back in place, snugged it with the pliers and then decided to snug up the speedometer while I was at it. Big mistake! The collar just crumbled into about 4 pieces. I'm guessing this is a common problem and one that an experienced Triple enthusiast would not not run in to. Is there a fix beyond just looking for another cable housing? Any suggestions on where to find one? Thanks |

Found a replacement at Jessbikes. Too easy! LOL |
