ooh it's a chamber baffle, definitely wrap tightly and keep it that way !

Oh, gee, EXCUSE ME, but, ALL engines encounter some form of harmonic issues, even two stroke Kawasaki Triples, stock AND chamber exhausts. Just used the 4 striker as an example. Sooooo sorry I don't just shut the heck up for you.
