Looking for piston options other than wiseco. I am reading a lot of good things about wossner but I have no experience with them. Who's running them and how do you like them? Pros and cons appreciated. |

Best pistons on the market! Totally changed over to them as soon as they were available, and the only pistons I recommend to my customers. ![]() |

Wössner pistons are working very well in my H2, even though I cut gaping slots in them. ![]() |

Shane, I probably weighed them, but it's been a few years now and I'm sure I don't have the information, sorry. But obviously you can't cut slots for balance purposes! Usually you can remove a little material from places like the wrist pin boss, if they make a balancing pad there, or the underside of the piston crown. The first time I made my three pistons the same weight, which was around 1979, I had to grind the underside of the crowns of the heavy ones. |

The Wossners are great, I just drilled two sets and they were still spot on weight wise. ![]() |
