Saw a beautiful H1 at Barber show this weekend. It was painted Candy Lime Green.... Not the typical two tone candy green you see often on 73 H1 or H2's.

Been restoring Kawasaki bikes for 15 years but have never seen this color anywhere except on a couple brochures. Have tried to research this through various sources. Some say this was a euro only color. One says it was a U.S. only color. RB site does reference it.

I see one in this color on EBay right now but owner does not know if the original paint was Candy Lime Green. So I suspect it was not.

So I'm wondering if anyone has a comment. Is this color for real or is it a unicorn that has never been produced?

Thanks guys.

Too bad. It would be my top color pick and would look great next to my ELR, ZRX, and MT1...ha.

Thanks

Any pics of this brochure colour?

The KH400 A5 is candy lime green... I had it next to my buddy's ZX14 and I instantly knew what colour I was going to paint my triple when the time is right! 8-)

Yup, Kawi definitely screwed up going with the dark green!

the brochure was more of the racing green, didn't look metallic.
