The frame maybe a 69, I was given the frame a couple of decades ago. In hindsight I should have got a bill of sale at the time. However did not have a vin label or any numbers stamped into the head stock. Looking closely at this frame, the Made in Japan stamp is visible. The stamped vin number does not appear to have been ground away, the texture is factory finish, unless someone took extra precautions. Someone suggested it could be a replacement frame. I have a replacement frame on my H2 and it is stamped H2201xxx.

Replacement frames/engines were stamped by the dealer. This frame may have been neglected.
