Ebay procured Curt trailer hitch and wire harness done. The hitch went on flawlessly. The fishwire they sent to put carriage bolts up into blind holes with spacers inside the frame worked great!!!
The harness supplied is topnotch and if the instructions had been right it would have been 1 hour instead of 3 :banghead :banghead :banghead.
ALL the trim came off the left side of the cargo area, about 10 or so bolts, clips, push connectors , etc. Then lo and behold the plug wasn't there because it is on the RIGHT side. So all the LH side stuff went back on and then the passenger side stuff had to be taken off. I called the company and the tech said he would correct the instructions, very nice guy apologized, etc...
Works like a champ though and under $200 shipped.
Pics to follow.
Tomorrow I am getting the new BT45 installed on the Phoenix and hopefuly replacing the Barnett clutch fibers. I also have a steering rack bellows I found torn on the Assault Wagon to change. 24 days till I leave for Gap 2012, YEAH BABY!!!
