Judd asked me if it was OK to charge my card now and I said yes. He didn't mention a change in policy. |

They didn't give me an option Tim, they said I had to pay it to hold the room.

I wasn't told of a change of policy, but I may have not realized what Michelle said was different from last year. She told me she waited to have you guys call in closer to the arrival dates so that we wouldn't be charged "too far in advance". Sorry if that's different. I'll be sure it's clear for next year. |
