No... it's not the horn.

The only hint I can give is that when I received the box of rechromed parts when I bought the H2b back, I thought one of them was damaged.
Turns out it wasn't......

I thought the correct answer was the reversed shift pattern / linkage difference.
My wag is headlight ears.

Front fender is not chromed on a CR 90......but they are on a B and C, looks like maybe Jim chromed his Brake rod.....thats not stock..........And the Fender Bracket is Black.......not chromed as on a stock B or C

Cool Bike, glad you are back at it Cody

The CR90 had some bits chromed that were not chromed on a standard H2b including the brake stay, chainguard, top triple clamp (on Jim Hinshaws bike) etc..

The front fenders on every CR90 I've seen in photos is an H2a (or painted '72 H2) fender with the H2/a bracket.

That said, the "odd feature" has nothing to do with the front fender or chrome... so keep guessing.

According to this article, http://kawtriple.com/mraxl/articles/den ... ncobb0.htm , the front fender was fiberglass.

"supposedly", the first couple of CR90's had fiberglass fenders.... The one in the article may or may not have. Sure looks like a steel stocker to me.

Jim Hinshaw's is steel FWIW.

Nope, notched sidecovers are not it. (I'm not notching mine btw, Foam UNI's on silicone intake runners on this bike.. Should be just enough clearance)

Lower front fork legs ???
Or the front fork reflector pieces you were asking about how / order which went back together ???
I already said reflectors on rear shocks ?? So must be something in a pair according to your above post!!!

Just guessing cause I'm hungry as sh$t , really want some cookies.....
