Im going to have that guy (Kevin?) from 2Strokeworld help me. From what Ive read, he has his finger on the pulse of performance 2 stroke tuning.

What 2-stroke oil will you be using? How about transmission oil? Will you be machining your clutch basket for a ring?

And it's amazing that you can get the "right amount" of cackle with 1000's of different jets on the same motor....... :lol: :roll: :wtf:

Swingarms are always attached to pivots and shocks, which is usually where the problem lies!! (2 cents) :| (Whoops, missed a page, point's the same.)

now, now Jim. We cant get ahead of ourselves. This is the "swingarm" portion of the build.

Needles fall under carb jetting which will be phase IV or V.
