I have installed hundreds of decals over the years and yesterday I met my match. I purchased a set of water release decals for my H2 and really made a mess of the tank stripes. The side cover and tail where very easy because they are flat. With vinyl I never had a problem going around a corner, not so with these water release one. So now I have to buy another set, lesson learned, vinyl is so much easier.

Tons of very lightly soapy water, and a sponge, gotta keep the decal "floating"......

I supplied some new waterslide "MACH III & CDI" Decals to my painter (who is TRULY superb) - they went on O.K. but when he clear coated them, they shrank! - Had to scrub them off and go back to wafer thin vinyl
