traced the problem to the regulator ,
ordered one of jims "super regulators"
and delivered in the same week.
fitted up and bike back to fully functioning condition.

I might have to get one of Jim's "Super Regulators".......that is a neat product and the battey less operation is interesting as well......I noticed my H2B seems to cook the electrolyte out of my regular lead acid battery pretty quick.
