The H1D that the topic is about now also have had it's engine rebuilt and is running on all cylinders as it should.

After some driving on the H1D, I noticed that the pipe to the right cylinder is dry. There is smoke coming from it but maybe not as much as the middle and left pipes.

Anything to worry about?

Are the carburetors synchronized?

All throttles move at the same time.

Spark plug color is slightly darker on left and middle cylinder compared to right.

It seems like the right carb is leaner than the others. You could try swapping one of the carbs with the right one to see if the problem moves.

I could try that.

What would cause that carburetor to give a leaner mixture?
