Looks like it got shot at and missed, shite at and hit.

I guess if that was last resort it could be somewhat fixed. I think I would have to pass on that one. Have you looked at Z1 Enterprise?? I remember seeing aftermarket seat pans there. Ask around on the forum if anyone has used the aftermarket pan and see how it fits etc;. I would rather new metal if I were going to spend the money. Hope this helped. Iron. :wave:

Seat pans are a problem arent they. Even ones that look OK, take the foam off and they then look ten times worse.
Kawa never treated the inside.
