I finally finished this one, it took a while mainly because winter sucked. This is also Leroy's and is the 4th 250 triple I've done in a row. The rear tire is a 4.00 so it's incorrect but the rest of the bike is ok. The paint is 3 stage candy like always and was matched to the non-faded paint on the original body work. It still needs the tach warning label(I'm still waiting RB)and the helmet hook decal. When I fired this one up a few days ago it started on the second kick and runs very nice. Charlie's cranks are like fine swiss watches. Sorry about the size of most of the pictures, I didn't realize my camera setting was changed but it's back now.

By the way, this is why a lot of switches don't work anymore.

Beautiful work.
Did you use a different tank and preserve that OEM one?
It was great looking as original. Yours is awesome now man, nice work

Thanks fellas! The fuel tank was repainted. It was dent free but the paint was tired.

Beautiful - not sure how well that paint matches the original colour (probably perfect), but it looks amazing!

Hi GUTS
I continue to be amazed at the paint work on your restorations. Did Hector also do this bike? I have an H1D that I recently acquired and I need a factory correct paint job.

Thanks !

Another fine example of Guts being one of a very small handful of the best restoration specialists there are.
