Hey Brian, that was going to be my next question and actually for you! Would you do the job? Have a complete body set to do with the rest of it not damaged.

Anything can be fixed. :shock:
Air pressure works but you have to be very careful !!!! I used about 5 psi to fix this tank.

It did take a "little" bondo to finish it. :lol:

With ice or air pressure how does one control the the expansion? I would think good old fashion body work is a much better plan :think: .

Stud puller is nice. Don't rule out fitting special long reach tapping tools too. Those dentless repair guys have all sorts of long reach hammers. It looks pretty solid to me.

Yep you can do it with ice. But you have to be very careful with gas tanks and be ready to pull them out of the freezer and start warming them as soon as the dent pops or you end up with a stretched or distorted tank.
