Could be.

Had a look at them a couple of months ago, and at least 1 of them looks good and don't need a rechrome me think. 1 of them also have the round red rear "reflection"-thing on it.

If that rear reflector is in decent condition then be VERY careful removing it, the nut will shear off so soak it and then tease it off - its pretty valuable ;)

I'll have a look at it when I am back home. I'm offshore at the moment, but will make a decision what to do 2 weeks from now.
Thing is I have a europeian h2 project coming up, and I have not decided if a rear euro fender will be used or not.

I will pm you in a coupleof weeks from now.
