swings are kids play things in the park
"swings and roundabouts" is british saying for what you lose on one thing you gain on another.
when i came here my pay doubled and my taxes halved so i shouldnt complain about lossing a few weeks vacation .
but i sure do miss the time off.

Thanks for the explanation (I knew it couldn't be play ground equipment) but it sounds like you lost one thing and gained two. :)

Parts are back from the powder coater :D

I got the new bronze bushings sized and installed along with the new rear shocks and steering stem. Working on the forks now.

Timmy, it is OK that I high jacked your thread isn't it? I figured it would be easier for Aylor's girlie bike wise cracks to keep the girlie bikes in one thread. :D

No worries John, Another weekend went by and no wrenching was done. part number 1 son's car took 7.5 hours to change the starter on saturday. Yesterday was taken up by checking fence and grocery shopping. I have to learn to give up sleep, that's all there is to it :banghead :banghead
