Thanks to Mark and Shelley for having me in thier beautiful home once again.
Wheelies were pulled fun was had.Wrenches were turned well into the wee hours for 2 days straight as the good Doctor performed his magic and trained me in the ways of the Zeeltronic and we both had our first experience with tuning the stock carbs.
Initial setup is 20 pilots 430 mains and the needles were dropped from mid position to one lean and will need to be dropped all the way as it is still a touch rich in the midrange.
Also thanks to Mark Demshock for making it possible for me to have my very own RZ 350...

its strong, good solid bike. I had forgotten i even changed the water pump seal and gasket a few years ago. lol.

it has definitely confirmed my hate for the stock 26's. needle had to be dropped almost 3 clips (!), but she started running well. also drilled out the blocking ball on the bellmouth over the airjet.
Tim did great with it, and im not sure who that fat guy in the pic is using my crimpers, but he may need to lay off the donuts.

Congrats Tim, was a great time and the best reason to take a day off from work and daily life. and thanks for dinner (3 times).

in my opinion, some tires, clean up the front brakes (calipers are slightly dragging), and a manual petcock to replace the usual seeping vacuum one, fork seals.. and shes pretty much mechanically done.

No better way to spend some time away from the grind than a visit to Mark's house. 8-) 8-) I heartily concur...
I unhooked the gas line from the petcock to the carbs in case it seeps and will go do the title work and get the antique tag on Monday and will have the petcock ordered ASAP.
Off to Dulles for 12 hrs of fun x 3 nights in a row...
